The Importance of a Bike that Fits
Having a bike that fits is the best way to increase your enjoyment on any ride.
"Fit" means many things when it comes to bikes -- the frame size, which means both the length of the seat tube and the length of the top tube; seat height, angle and positioning; stem height -- all of these things affect both your comfort on the bike and your efficiency in pedaling. When purchasing a bike the fit is key.
